Refund policy

It is important that the customer makes sure that the information provided to personalize the items is correct. Inspired by Andrea is not responsible for errors in the name or text provided by the client. All custom sales are final and payment is non-refundable. In the unique event that Inspired by Andrea has made a mistake in personalizing the item, the item will be replaced with the corrected error.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact Inspired by Andrea as soon as possible so we can assess the problem and correct it.
